Custom DTF Transfers
Monogram Markets is excited to bring you custom DTF transfers. You now have the ability to have your artwork printed as a DTF transfer, thus taking away the hassle of vinyl and the high minimum requirements of screen print transfers! Choose to have 1 or 1000 transfers printed. We do not have a minimum or limit!
All of our custom DTF transfers are offered as single transfers or gang sheets.
All of our CUSTOM SINGLE DTF TRANSFERS are offered in the following sizes:
1.5" on the longest side - Tags
3.5" on the longest side - Pocket
5" on the longest side - Infant
7" on the longest side - Toddler
9" on the longest side - Youth
12" on the longest side - Adult
All of our CUSTOM DTF GANG SHEETS are offered in the following sizes:
22" wide x 24" long
22" wide x 36" long
22" wide x 48" long
22" wide x 60" long
22" wide x 84" long
22" wide x 120" long
Processing Times
General Processing Times for custom DTF transfers and gang sheets is 1-3 business days from the time your artwork is approved. Artwork can take up to 48 hours for approval. This time frame is subject to change with any higher than expected demand. The current processing times will always be reflected on our product listings.
Application Instructions
All Monogram Markets DTF transfers require the use of a commercial grade heat press due to the high, even pressure that is needed for correct application. Home irons will not work.
While not necessary, Teflon sheets or parchment paper can be used as a protective covering when pressing. If you are pressing your DTF transfer without the clear transfer paper (such as a second press) be sure to use a teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect your heat press. Be advised that pressing pillows can negatively effect the application and these should be used at your own risk
Pressing Temperature: 300°F-325°F*
Pressing Time: 20-25 seconds*
Pressure: HIGH
