PLEASE NOTE WE WILL EMBROIDER OR PRINT YOUR GARMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF REPLACING YOUR ITEM IF SOMETHING SHOULD HAPPEN WHILE DECORATING. IF YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR OWN DIGITIZED LOGO, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY IF IT WAS NOT DIGITIZED BY US.

Shipping Policy:

Every effort will be made to ship your items as soon as possible after your order is placed, usually within 5-7 days. As items at Monogram Markets are customized products, time is required to produce the item and depending on order volume or quantity ordered your shipment may be delayed. We depend on vendors to complete some items on our website, and we are not always in control of the final ship date. We can not always guarantee dates, but we are giving our best estimate. You can email us at Info@monogrammarkets.com if you have any questions on the status of your order or shipment. Expedited service is available for a fee, it will not expedite your shipping service, but is an in-house rush, please call or email for availability.

We ship via USPS & UPS. We make every effort to meet our promised shipping time lines. Obviously once an order leaves Monogram Markets we cannot guarantee shipping times or exact delivery dates. This is completely in the hands of the carrier. Weather, holiday, volume or other unforseen delays are not something Monogram Markets has control over.

Return Policy:

As items at Monogram Markets are usually customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item. Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 5 days. After 5 days, no replacements will be given. If an embroidery mistake was made by Monogram Markets we have the right to repair the mistake before any refund will be issued, if authorized. Customers have 5 days to notify Monogram Markets if an order was not received. A signature is confirmation that an order was received, no exceptions.

Digitized logos are created through information sent to Monogram Markets from you our customer. Monogram Markets will do our best to digitize to your exact logo or photo.
